Built an integrated lead generation and marketing automation platform connecting lead capture, enrichment, CRM workflows, website previews, chatbot knowledge retrieval, and automated follow-up.

The problem

Lead capture is only the beginning of a sales workflow. A business record needs useful context, a place in the pipeline, and a clear next action. Light Code Labs brought those steps into one application, connecting captured leads with enrichment, website previews, and follow-up.

My role

Laravel, React, TypeScript, databases, APIs, webhooks, and background processing.

The approach

I built the platform with Laravel, React, and TypeScript, connecting the interface to database-backed workflows, APIs, webhooks, and background processing. The product included Chrome extension lead capture feeding a Laravel application, with queues and jobs supporting work that continued beyond a single page request.

Connected lead capture and enrichment with CRM-style workflows so business information could move through a shared process.
Connected retrieval augmented generation (RAG) and vector embeddings with chatbot knowledge retrieval in the sales workflow.
Built dynamically generated website previews and content around captured business lead data.
Worked across application policies, background jobs, PostgreSQL, Docker, hosting, and operational tooling as well as the frontend.

Results & impact

The implemented platform connects work that would otherwise sit across separate capture, data, and follow-up steps. The project demonstrates delivery across the interface, application logic, integrations, and background processing.

Lessons & takeaways

This is the engineering foundation I bring to marketing automation: thinking about the full path from an event entering a system to useful information reaching the next person or process. The platform also gave me practical experience connecting interfaces, data, and asynchronous work.
